Livingston Builders, Inc. was founded as a Florida corporation by James C. Remez and David J. Palmer in June of 1994. Livingston Builders, Inc. has completed over four hundred construction projects since corporate inception; ranging from commercial office interiors, retail, restaurants, apartment interiors, townhouses to the highest level of single-family residential construction in America. Established as an industry leader in the Palm Beach residential construction market, Livingston expanded to New York City in 2001, and to Connecticut in 2007.  

 

Offices are maintained in Palm Beach and Riviera Beach, Florida, as well as New York City. Located in Riviera Beach, a modern 12,000 square foot industrial facility houses Cutwater Joinery. Owned solely by the partners of Livingston Builders, Inc., Cutwater Joinery specializes in custom architectural millwork.
